Situated near Hout Bay, along Constantia Nek, in the midst of a beautiful, lush forest, this
Acrobranch venue is one of the loveliest in the country and a real favourite among Capetonians.

It offers a series of four unique courses, each designed to captivate and thrill treetop adventurers from start to finish.

For the mini forest climbers, there’s the Kid’s Acro-twigs course, which is ideal for children ages 3-6. With 18 safely designed obstacles, this course is a great introduction to coordination and balance and operates under the watchful safety of excellent instructors, who ensure your little ones have a blast exploring, meet every challenge head-on and ultimately, have a great time outdoors.

For older kids (ages 7 up) and adults, here’s the Monkey Moves, beginner’s course. Here, guests can enjoy 17 different obstacles. It’s the perfect course for anyone who needs to ease into the Acrobranch treetop adventure!

This course offers the ideal blend of safety and good ol’ fashioned fun and allows young and old alike to build some lofty confidence levels, as they advance through the obstacles.

For a more challenging option, look to the intermediate Swinging Tarzan course, which is made up of 16 engaging obstacles that focus on testing your strength, agility and even your nerve, as you climb, crawl and swing your way through this exciting course. While the course slowly increases in difficulty, it’s suitable for ages 7 and up.

Lastly, we have the most advanced course of the quartet: the High Flying course. This is the ultimate Acrobranch experience and it is also the highest obstacle course found at Acrobranch Constantia.

Featuring 19 obstacles, including one ride on the enthralling Big Zip, this course is intended to push you to new heights, as you balance like a pro.

While the course is suitable for ages 9 and up, it’s certainly geared more towards anyone craving some excitement and/or who isn’t afraid to push their limits for the sake of some treetop adventure.
